Meditation for this affirmation


  1. Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
  2. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax and your mind to settle.
  3. Focus on your breath and become aware of the present moment.
  4. Bring your attention to your body and acknowledge its presence.
  5. Place your hands on your stomach and take a few deep breaths in and out.
  6. As you do this, repeat the affirmation in your mind, “I love and appreciate my body.”
  7. Notice the sensations in your body as you repeat the affirmation.
  8. Focus your attention on each part of your body, starting at your feet and moving up to your head.
  9. As you do this, repeat the affirmation and silently thank your body for all its hard work.
  10. Soften any areas of tension, if present, with each breath.
  11. Visualize your body as a source of strength and power.
  12. Imagine a golden light surrounding and protecting your body.
  13. Take a few moments to be grateful for all the amazing things your body has done for you.
  14. Spend a few moments visualizing your body as it is now and loving it unconditionally.
  15. When you are ready, open your eyes, take a few breaths, and return to the present moment.
