  8. Now, imagine a beam of light entering through the top of your head and traveling through your body.
  9. Notice the feeling of warmth and love that this light brings you.
  10. Take a few moments to relax and enjoy the feeling.
  11. Bring your attention back to your affirmation and repeat it to yourself several times.
  12. Now, imagine the light exiting your body and filling the room with positive energy.
  13. Take a few moments to enjoy the feeling of peace and love that this has created in your body.
  14. Now, open your eyes and take a few moments to take in your surroundings.
  15. Take a few deep breaths and slowly bring your attention back to the present moment.
