  1. Find a comfortable and quiet space to sit.
  2. Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  3. Focus on your breath.
  4. Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  5. Release any tension in your body and relax.
  6. Mentally repeat your affirmation “I choose to feel good about myself”.
  7. Visualize yourself feeling good about yourself.
  8. Acknowledge and accept the feelings of self-love.
  9. Notice the positive changes that come with these feelings.
  10. Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  11. Repeat your affirmation “I choose to feel good about myself”.
  12. Smile as you internalize these feelings and take another deep breath in.
  13. On the exhale, imagine the feeling of self-love radiating out from your heart.
  14. Take a few more deep breaths, visualizing the feeling of self-love.
  15. When you are ready, take a few moments to reflect on your meditation.
