Meditation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax and your mind to settle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Focus on your breath and become aware of the present moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Bring your attention to your body and acknowledge its presence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Place your hands on your stomach and take a few deep breaths in and out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. As you do this, repeat the affirmation in your mind, \u201cI love and appreciate my body.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Notice the sensations in your body as you repeat the affirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Focus your attention on each part of your body, starting at your feet and moving up to your head.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. As you do this, repeat the affirmation and silently thank your body for all its hard work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Soften any areas of tension, if present, with each breath.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Visualize your body as a source of strength and power.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Imagine a golden light surrounding and protecting your body.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Take a few moments to be grateful for all the amazing things your body has done for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Spend a few moments visualizing your body as it is now and loving it unconditionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. When you are ready, open your eyes, take a few breaths, and return to the present moment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
